I had a good stay in a long time. Fantastic hotel, the staff were all very friendly and accommodating and the location was magnificent close to train station. Location: the venue was really close to Shambles market for fresh fish and veg to cook and eat in the shared kitchen /lounge as well as city centre.

The room is reasonably spacious and bright with a fully functioning kitchen. The location is marvellous and absolutely perfect, just next door to the town centre - couldn't be better. Everyone is welcoming and host too.

The location of this place was amazing, being close to the train station and having a peaceful setting; we also enjoyed visiting Bistro du Vin for a couple of drinks, which was conveniently located not far from here.

had an amazing stay at a cozy guesthouse during a wedding in york. the room was beautiful and clean, with yummy biscuits and hot drinks provided. the host was super friendly and even helped with parking. great value for money!
